Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2 PM CET on working days. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to us at the customer's expense, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
Once a package is handed over to the courier, the customer assumes responsibility. Moska Cosmetics is not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer, nor for packages lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim with the courier or reporting the incident to local authorities.
Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. Claims for lost or missing packages must be made no later than 15 days from the date of order.
Note: We are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the parcel after delivery attempts have been made.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied or if your order arrives damaged, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, with all seals intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund and will be deemed unfit for resale.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return, as Moska Cosmetics is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds will be issued for the product value only. Original shipping fees and return postage will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item(s). Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer. This only applies if the damage occurred during shipping.
Refund Eligibility
